I can already see some of the very positive changes that you have made in your new business, and I am very impressed! First and foremost, Ginger and BJ’s cuts were very well done (perhaps the best they’ve ever had…I’m not just saying that either). Their coats were smooth and silky; their cuts were done evenly and uniformly, and I really appreciated that they were given the opportunity to spend time outside of the crate area … way less stress for them! I could see by the way you interacted with and handled them that you truly cared for them and wanted to keep things as stress-free as possible….THANK YOU! Rosanna was very professional. Lulu came out looking beautiful and happy. Reasonably priced. I love that she doesn't kennel all the dogs...way less stress for the pups. We will be back!

I chose to try Bonnieland when my usual groomer moved away. My pup is not a fan of the groomer and is quite unsure about new people. Immediately Toby snuggled up to Rosanna and seemed very comfortable with her. He got a bath and tidy and looked amazing when I came to get him! Not to mention he smelled like a marshmallow dream!! I am VERY impressed with Rosanna and will be glad to have her take care of Toby's grooming moving forward. She clearly cares for the animals she grooms. Very impressed.

My puppy was a little nervous when she arrived for her first visit, but when I picked her up she was calm, happy and looked fantastic - she will definitely be back. I really like that the dogs spend time outside of the crates. Caring environment and excellent rewards program.
